These terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from HandiGood ApS, Lilleringvej 14B, 8464 Harlev J (“HandiGood”). These terms are applicable in cases where no other written agreements between the customer and HandiGood have been made.
Every time you place an order on our website, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail from us. This ensures that you can see the contents of your order.
Please note that this e-mail only confirms that we have received your order.
All prices on our website www.handigood.dk include Danish VAT.
All orders exceeding approximately €67 (499 DKK) are eligible for free delivery within Denmark. These delivery terms only apply to private households in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

For orders within the EU, delivery charges apply as follows:
– Orders weighing 1.85 kg or less: 132 DKK (~€18)
– Orders weighing more than 1.85 kg: an additional 132 DKK (~€18) will be added.
For shipments outside the EU, Danish VAT is not charged. Orders may be subject to customs clearance and import duties in the recipient’s country. For specific information, please contact your local customs office. HandiGood cannot refund any VAT, import duty, or registration fees incurred abroad.
You can pay with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners Club, Visa Dankort, and MobilePay Online. No card fees are charged.
Payments are only charged once the products have been physically shipped. HandiGood uses NETS to securely encrypt payment and personal information. HandiGood does not receive card information from NETS, only confirmation that funds are ready to be transferred upon shipment.
Danish consumers: HandiGood grants an additional 1-year warranty on top of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving a total of 3 years covering manufacturing and material defects observed during normal use. Wear and tear on consumables is not covered. Report any defect immediately.
English / International consumers: HandiGood provides the legal warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which covers manufacturing and material defects for 2 years from receipt under normal use. Report any defect immediately.
EU consumers: Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a minimum of 2 years warranty for manufacturing and material defects. Local variations may apply depending on your country’s legislation. This warranty runs alongside HandiGood’s policy and cannot reduce your statutory rights.

We will assess whether the claim is valid and process it within 15 working days. For approved claims, customers may choose a replacement or a refund. Shipping costs incurred within Denmark will be reimbursed.
Consumers in Denmark have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods. For orders with multiple deliveries, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item.
For customers in the EU (outside Denmark), the withdrawal period is also 14 days under EU law. Notification can be sent via e-mail to info@handigood.dk or using the standard withdrawal form provided on this page.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing delivery without informing HandiGood.

– For customers in Denmark: This includes indirect loss, operational downtime, lost earnings, and interest.
– For customers outside Denmark (including EU): HandiGood is not liable for indirect or consequential damages under international laws, which may differ from Danish regulations.
