The terms and conditions of sale and delivery which are listed here, apply to all deliveries from Handigood ApS, Ørnevej 3-5, 7860 Spøttrup (Hereafter “HandiGood”.
These terms are applicable in an event where no other written agreements between the customer and HandiGood have been made.


Your Order
Every time you place an order on our website, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail from us. This ensures that you can see the contents of the order.

Please be aware that this e-mail is only to confirm that we have received your order.


Prices and Shipping
All prices on our website www.handigood.dk include Danish VAT.
All orders exceeding 449,- DKK are subject to free delivery in Denmark. These terms of delivery only apply for orders to private households in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

EU-deliveries

All orders shipped to countries inside the EU are subject to Danish VAT.

For all orders weighing 1.85 kg or less the delivery charge is DKK 132.00.
For all orders weighing more than 1.85 kg, another DKK 132.00 will be added to the delivery charge.


Deliveries outside the EU
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are NOT subject to Danish VAT, though they may have to go through customs in the country of the recipient.

If you need information on rules regarding customs in the country in which you are reciding, please contact your local customs agency.

It is not possible for HandiGood to refund any form of VAT, import duty or handling/registration fee. Any such dispute shall be taken up with the correct authority and is not of HandiGood’s concern.


Payment
On the HandiGood website, www.handigood.dk, you can pay with Dankort®, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners Club, Dankort, Visa Dankort and MobilePay. HandiGood does not charge any fees for credit card purchases.

When you pay by credit card, only when your order has been shipped will the the sum of your order be charged from your credit card.

HandiGood has chosen NETS as our partner in regards to online payments. This ensures that your personal details and payments are always encrypted. This is the best way to ensure you against credit card abuse.

HandiGood does not receive any of your card-details from NETS. We only receive information that an amount of money will be transferred to us, when we ship the order.


Return Policy and Cancellation of Purchase
When shopping with us, the consumer has the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days.
The deadline for cancellation of purchase is 14 days after the day that the customer has received their order. If an order consists of several products which are delivered seperately, the deadline is 14 days after the customer receives the last product.

If an order consists of multiple lots or parts, the deadline for cancellation of purchase is 14 days after the customer has received the last lot or part.

The deadline for cancellation of purchase means that the customer has 14 days from the day of receipt to inform HandiGood about cancellation of their purchase. The customer can do this by sending an e-mail to info@handigood.com where they state that they wish to cancel their purchase, or by using the standard cancellation of purchase-form at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

The customer cannot cancel the purchase by refusing delivery without first informing HandiGood.


Warranty
HandiGood offers consumers a legal warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
This means that the consumer has a 2-year legal warranty which covers manufacturing and material faults that are observed within normal use of the product. This warranty does not cover common wear on consumables.

If you want to make use of the warranty, you must inform us immediately and without delay, as soon as you discover the fault. Before returning the product, please contact us by telephone at +45 22 78 30 40.

When we receive the product we will assess whether the fault is covered by the warranty.

We will process the warranty claim within 15 working days. In the events where the claim is just and approved, the customer decides whether they want to receive a replacement product or if they want to return the product and get their money back. In this event, we will also cover any shipping costs you may have had in Denmark.


Force Majeure and Disclaimer

HandiGood is not liable for any consequential expenses of the products. Thus, HandiGood does not provide compensation for consequential loss, any indirect loss, lost earnings or lost interest.


Venue

Should any disagreements occur about the interpretation of the present terms and conditions, such disagreements can be settled at the Courts of Denmark.
