Our usual delivery time from order to delivery is 2-5 working days. When your order has left out warehouse, you will receive an email with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. If your order has not been delivered within 10 days after confirmation of of dispatch, we recommend that you get in touch. You can find contact information here.
Danish customers can collect orders at our office in Spøttrup.
No, we do not provide dispatch or delivery on weekends.
We accept payment with the following credit cards via Bambora: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners Club, Dankort, Visa Dankort and Forbrugsforeningens betalingskort.
Yes. It is also possible to pay using ViaBill and PayPal. Danish customers can use MobilePay.
You can also pay by bank transfer and using EAN number by contacting us.
Most of our orders are delivered by GLS and you will receive an automatic email when it is dispatched.
You will also receive an email from GLS with track and trace information.
Yes, GLS delivers to all kinds of ParcelShops including gas stations, kiosks, and supermarkets.
Remember your delivery code and picture ID at pick-up.
It is also possible to have your order delivered to your workplace.
How can I file a complaint?
In the event of an error, we are happy to receive feedback from all our customers. There is always room for improvement. Please give us a call or send us an email and we will do our best to resolve the complaint.
When you receive an order from HandiGood, you will also receive a return label. Place the label on the outermost packaging.
In accordance with Danish law, you get 14 days right of return. Any item returned to HandiGood must be in the same state that you received them.
Please attach a copy of your invoice in the return package and your bank details. We will transfer the sum of the return to you within 15 working days of receiving the parcel.
Returns take 10-15 working days to process. You will receive an email with confirmation of return and refund when the order has been processed.
In the event that of the items in your order are damaged, you must call our customer service at +45 22783040. We will help you through the process of getting a replacement product and getting the old one sent back to us.
If an item in your order is damaged, DO NOT take this products into use, as it could cause severe damages.
