Handigood is once again part of the DokkX exhibition

We are proud to share that Handigood’s Easy-Up is once again part of the exhibition at DokkX in Aarhus.

This time, Easy-Up is featured in DokkX’s 10th anniversary exhibition, “Grateful Technology”, which focuses on technologies that combine innovation with care.

The exhibition opened in March and runs until December 2026.

The exhibition highlights solutions that can strengthen independence, safety and dignity in everyday life.

These are values that closely reflect Easy-Up and the way we at Handigood work with assistive devices and welfare technology.

You can read more about DokkX here.

Exhibition: Grateful Technology

At DokkX, visitors can experience and try out different technologies and assistive devices developed for the home and everyday life.

The exhibition is designed as a home, allowing visitors to get a clear sense of how the technology can be used in practice.

This makes it easier to see how both small and larger solutions can create value in everyday life.

The theme “Grateful Technology” is not only about efficiency.

It is also about how technology can help create greater safety, more independence and more dignity for the individual.

At the same time, the exhibition shows how welfare technology can relieve both professionals and relatives, creating more time for presence, relationships and care.

Easy-Up as a helping hand in everyday life

Handigood’s Easy-Up is your helping hand in the kitchen.

Using vacuum, Easy-Up holds items such as glasses, bowls, tins, bottles and other objects securely on the kitchen counter.

This means that the user can work with the item without having to hold it with both hands.

It can be helpful for people with reduced strength, reduced function in an arm or hand, arthritis, after-effects of stroke, brain injury, muscle weakness, Parkinson’s or other challenges that make it difficult to use both hands in everyday life.

For many people, Easy-Up is not only about solving a practical task.

It is also about being able to do more independently.

Being able to open, stir, pour, spread or take part in cooking with greater calm and stability.

In this way, a simple assistive device can help support both independence and quality of life.

Try Easy-Up at DokkX

DokkX is an interactive exhibition where visitors can experience and try out the technologies themselves.

This is an important part of the exhibition, because assistive devices often make the most sense when you can hold them in your hands and feel how they work in practice.

We hope that many people will visit the exhibition and experience how Easy-Up and the other technologies can make a difference in everyday life.

At DokkX, professionals are present to provide guidance and tell visitors more about the different solutions.
